With the knowledge we have gained, we are able to learn the behavior of your pup and find a group that has like-mannered pups to provide the best experience for everyone involved!
This will vary depending on the day, the amount of dogs and where we go! That being said, we average that the pups are gone from 2-4 hours and total time on the trails/in the parks will range from 1-2 hours!
We aim for each group to have 4-6 pups total! This way we can provide the best care for every pup during their time outdoors!
If you have a non-traditional work schedule, please let us know and we will do our best to put your pup in an earlier or later group. Currently we aren’t able to accommodate specific time requests for our services but we definitely are willing to take your preferences into consideration.
Saturdays/Sundays are our weekends but we sometimes will head out on the trails or have time for a scheduled home visit. But here’s the thing- our weekend hikes are hikes that we’ve planned for fun, and they may last a lot longer than the typical 60 minute walk and/or be further away. Sometimes we may only have time for a 30 minute walk around the neighborhood. Like most working adults, we have a lot scheduled for our weekends so we absolutely do not take specific timing requests for weekend activities- in fact, the walks may even take place outside the traditional 9-5 timeframe. We can’t always be available on weekends, but please feel free to reach out and ask!
We have a few locations located throughout the valley we love to go! We try to creat a variety in each pups week by rotating from dog parks to some special hikes up in the mountains. *Weather permitting*
Our pack leaders carry citronella dog-deterrent spray, water, leashes, and a basic first aid kit on all dogventures to prevent/put a stop to dog fights, keep dogs hydrated, and treat basic injuries.
Occasionally dogs will become injured while playing and exploring. We will notify owners immediately of any injury and send home a small ouchie kit if appropriate. Please keep us up-to-date on any changes in emergency contact/veterinarian information as requested in our participation waiver.
